Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling residential and investment properties.

• Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

• Conduct market research and provide property appraisals.

• Guide clients through the sales and negotiation process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required).

• A valid Real Estate License in NSW (or willingness to obtain one).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• A passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.

Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for property listings.

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Create engaging content, including videos, blogs, and property promotions.

• Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize strategies.

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).

• A creative mindset with attention to detail.
